As a small startup team of fewer than five employees, we handle every return request personally to ensure you receive attentive, direct support. This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility & Window
We offer a 60-day return policy, giving you 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, inserts, and accessories must be included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved:
- We will provide a return shipping label.
- You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving authorization cannot be accepted.
3. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your household items upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at service@lonqi.com. As a small, agile team, we can quickly evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement to ensure your home stays organized and efficient.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Consumables: Items that have been used and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g., used cleaning sponges or brushes).
- Customized Products: Any items modified after purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for our small team to process the inspection and refund.
- Bank Delays: Remember, it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen your refund, please contact us at service@lonqi.com.
