Lonqi is an independent brand specializing in clever household tools for the modern home. To maintain a lean operation and keep our pricing fair, we utilize a direct-fulfillment model. Many of our products are dispatched directly from trusted production partners and specialized fulfillment hubs.
This streamlined approach allows our small team of fewer than five people to:

1. Shipping Fees
Every Lonqi order is handled personally by our small team.
- Shipping Fee: We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination. Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because Lonqi products are fulfilled through specialized global partners to save you money, delivery times vary by destination.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has left the fulfillment hub, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking updates typically take 1 business days to appear after the label is generated.
- If the information does not update immediately, please be assured your package is securely in transit.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside of our primary logistics hubs, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes assessed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Lonqi is not responsible for transit delays caused by regional customs clearance procedures.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
As a small startup, we begin processing orders quickly to keep our timelines on track. If you need to change a shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at service@lonqi.com within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we are unable to make further modifications or cancellations.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We stand behind every product we sell.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo to our support email within 72 hours of arrival. We will review it and arrange a replacement.
- Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
