  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
  • Opt-Out Right: You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written notice to service@lonqi.com within 30 days of first becoming subject to these Terms.

📝 Site Usage and Accounts

  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account on lonqi.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting any material that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or encourages fraudulent activity.
  • Minor Usage: Lonqi is intended for adults. If you are under 18, you may only use the Sites with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

📦 Orders and Pricing

  • Contract Formation: After placing an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email. This is an acknowledgment of receipt, not an acceptance. A contract is only formed when we send a "Shipping Confirmation."
  • Errors and Availability: As a small startup, we work hard to ensure accuracy. However, errors in pricing or stock levels may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders or rescind acceptance if a product is incorrectly priced or unavailable in our inventory.
  • Tax Collection: Applicable sales or use taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

🚚 Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • Commencement of Shipping: "Shipping" marks the time when we hand your package to the carrier. For orders with multiple items, components may ship separately.
  • Risk of Loss: All items are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for the products pass to you once we deliver the items to the carrier.

  • Content Ownership: All information, software, photographs, and graphics ("Content") on lonqi.com are the property of Lonqi or our associates. You may use this Content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • User Content: If you post reviews or photos on our Sites, you grant Lonqi a royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display that content to help other customers. You are responsible for ensuring your posts do not violate third-party rights.
